1. Head south-east of Venore, to Shadowthorn. Go to the building circled in the picture. Make your way up the tower, and explore the top of the tower for a level gate.
2. Behind the level gate, stand on top of the strange carvings to be teleported to the reward room. Prepare yourself to face one elf guard and one elf arcanist.
3. Use the bookcase to collect your reward. Then, use the lever on the south to exit the quest.
