1. Make your way to Shadowthorn, and when you are there, use the bridge marked with an arrow in the picture, which will take you to the southern island.
2. On that island, make your way to a hole hidden behind a tree (circled on the image). Prepare yourself to meet two giant spiders in a small room. There will be no possibility to get back upstairs once you go down. Go down the hole.
3. Once down the hole, locate another hole somewhere along the wall of the right side of the room. Go down again.
4. Some giant spiders are located on this floor, so take care. Now you need to locate a pickhole in the eastern part of the cave, circled in the second image. In this image you can also see the exit that you will use later on. Go down the pickhole.
5. Follow the road through a level gate, until you get to the surface. Move to the east of this island you are on. You will encounter some giant spiders. Use a machete to go further north-east. There is a dead tree here; use it to receive your blood herb. Carry on downstairs near the tree to reach the exit.
