Disclaimer: Step 1 and 2 might be possible to skip, depending on if someone else has already done it since the last server save.
1. Make your way to the basement of the bank inside Venore (top right in the picture). Find a button somewhere on the wall in the north-east. Click it.
2. Go south of Venore, to the small house marked in the picture (in the bottom left). Go up to the top floor and flick the lever. You will now be able to go around the house using a machete.
3. Go down the hole, and walk until you see a tile of muddy dirt. Use a pick on it, and go downstairs again. You will now be at a bridge. Walk across it until you reach a ladder.
4. Time to get ready to face some vampires. Make sure to have full health before going upstairs, because you will not be able to go back down once you go up.
5. Once upstairs, explore to the north, through some doors, until you find the level gate. If you struggle with monsters you can use the doorways for this. To collect your reward, open a barrel inside the level gate. To exit the quest, use the ladder.
